Dr Fleming, would you and Chef Garrett consider jotting some of your recipes down and posting them somewhere on the site? The podcasts are very entertaining and mouth-watering, and it would be great to be have some written records to follow along in the kitchen. A print version of La joie de Cuisine au Fleming would be best of all, but may not be practical at this time.
I got a chance to leave a comment! Garrett, try non meat recipes,
Sour dough french bread with Monterey pepper jack cheese, alittle
olive oil and slices of vine ripe tomatoes toasted in a toaster oven.
Delicious healthy pizza . Make a healthy salad too. We have Trader
Joes grocery here in san jose ca. with ready made package of
Greens, spinach etc., plus dried cranberries, candied walnuts, and
Shaved yellow squash , and light dressing. Good healthy meal, with wine, beer or peppermint tea. Try it! Laura Brickman
