Ryan T Anderson has written some common sense analysis on this topic and spent way too much of his time on looking at the extraordinarily high suicide rates in this make believe world of I can be whatever I want to be hoax. Dr Fleming’s comments remind me again of how valuable and important (and rare) a grounding in reality is to the development of human nature in our decadent age. Thank you for posting the conversation.

Two days ago the Annapolis newspaper (The Capital) ran a front page story with photos about teen drag queens reading stories to young children at the local library. According to the article this insanity was started by a west coast activist and has spread around the world. The local library spokeslady said their goal was to serve everyone in the local community. I believe the library no longer allows the Sons of Confederate Veterans to meet at any library locations, and I am sure they would not allow anyone to read certain books to young children, so we know the lady was lying. What I found to be most amusing is that the story read to the children was about a narwhal (a real animal) that discovered he was actually a unicorn (a fiction).

Here’s a story about a police state that does not serve everyone. These men identified as cows, and goats, and dogs but they have been arrested when all they were searching for was a loving, committed relationship.

Mr. Easton, I see some possible interaction with 4-H clubs.

    Should the draft be reinstituted?

  6. Avatar photo Thomas Fleming says:

The military is already a welfare system for sexual predators, homosexuals and transgenders. With the draft, we would not only be exposing normal people to the predators but guaranteeing free gender reassignment to the less than normal.

  7. James D. says:

I was under the impression that the military existed so that the Feds could warehouse millions of the least-employable people, in order for the unemployment rate to stay under 25%. Its also a great way for congressmen to pretend to be patriots and disburse pork all over their districts.

How horrid! It seems to me that children have it tough do in part to choices their parents have chosen.

Yes, James, that too. Of course, there have been many very good people in recent years who have gone into the military and realized too late what they have got themselves into.

I hear they have gay pride parades on every base nowadays.

  11. Frank Brownlow says:

With Cardinal Dolan as chaplain to the parades no doubt.

One thing a Christian can always count on from the Catholic Church in America is when you need her most, she will usually be found flirting around in the tall grass with either the world, the flesh or the devil. Or at least that has been my short experience of her in a lengthening lifetime. But as they say out West, ” gotta dance with who brung you!”
